Wiki and Your Knowledge now open on a folder index, with a folder for each type of page or document and a Favourites view.
Star the pages and documents you rely on, and see how many colleagues starred them too.
Latest edits cards and a most-read list show what is changing and what the team actually uses, with read counts on each item.
A ⋯ menu on every document and wiki page
One menu for what you do with a piece of knowledge:
- See its history and restore an earlier version.
- Copy its contents or a link to it.
- Download or export it.
- Share it by email: pick colleagues and Tacivo opens your mail app with the message ready.
- Delete it.
The star now sits in the header of both documents and wiki pages.
See how knowledge connects
Source cards show how many wiki pages a source feeds. Open one to see the list, so you know where a published document ended up.
On a wiki page, its sources and related pages share one connected-pages list.
Copy a document to another team
From a document’s ⋯ menu, copy it to another team you belong to. The copy is private to you in that team and reaches its wiki only when you publish it there. Deleting one never touches the other.
