Teams and people
One wiki per team, and how people join.
Every organization starts with a General team. Add a team for each group whose knowledge is its own; each team gets its own wiki.
- Invite people from Settings → People. The invitation sets their teams and their role in each.
- Switch the team you are working in from the sidebar. Captures, publishing and Tacivo AI all work inside that team.
- Give each team a logo and each person a profile picture, from a colour and an icon or a letter, so teams are easy to tell apart.
- A team can have sub-teams: open a team in Settings → Teams and add one under Sub-teams. A sub-team works like any team, with its own people, documents and wiki; it is only listed under its parent. Access is not inherited.
- Admins can rename and delete teams in Settings → Teams. Deleting a team deletes its wiki and moves its sub-teams up a level; documents stay with their authors.
- A document in Your Knowledge can be copied to another team you are in from its ⋯ menu.
