Create and Learn
Turn the wiki into handovers, SOPs, onboarding, training and decks.
Create builds new documents from the wiki: a handover, an SOP, an onboarding guide, a training module or a deck. It reads the relevant pages and writes a short first draft straight away, asking only for what it cannot find.
- The draft appears next to the conversation as it is written. Ask for changes in chat, or click Edit and change the text yourself — Tacivo AI keeps your edits. Drag the split to give either side more room.
- Add files, wiki pages (#) and experts (@) from the + menu to give it more to work from.
- History keeps every version, so you can go back. Documents are short by default; ask for more detail or a specific length any time.
- Decks open as slides you can edit on the slide, with speaker notes and a full-screen Present mode.
- Create sessions are saved. Under Sessions they show as in progress, and as completed once the document is saved to Learn. Resume one at any time.
Learn is the library of what has been created, so the team can find and reuse it. Admins choose which document types the organization offers in Settings → Org settings → Features.
