Tasks, checklists and review requests
How work reaches experts, and how you follow it.
Admins and managers assign work from the Tasks bar on Tacivo AI → Assigned.
- Capture session: ask an expert for an interview in a chosen mode. You can attach a checklist of topics, typed in or extracted from an uploaded file.
- Review request: ask an expert to check a document or wiki page.
During a session the interviewer ticks checklist items off as they are covered, and the finished document ends with what was covered and what is still open.
Everyone finds their own tasks in the Tasks bar on the right of Tacivo AI (My tasks), with a count beside Tasks in the sidebar, and in the inbox.
